College Group Busary Awarded

The College Group is delighted to award their third further education bursary to Rachael Sheenan, who has started her Primary school teacher training in Dublin. Rachael was a self-motivated, conscientious and hard-working student who achieved 600 points in her Leaving Certificate. Rachael is a most worthy recipient of the College Group Bursary and we wish her all the best in the future.

The College Group Bursary has been developed to help make expensive third level education an affordable reality for more young people from the Nobber Community. The Bursary recipient was chosen by a panel of local advisors and the bursary will be administered by the Louth and Meath Education and Training Board (LMETB). At College Proteins, we are committed to sponsoring this bursary for more deserving young people in the future. “Given our Nobber village location and considering that we are a significant local employer it is our pleasure to give something back to the community which gives us so much.”
